Lisa Kitagawa

Owner & Head Coach

Currently living in the beautiful town of Squamish in British Columbia, Canada with my fiancé and our 2 dogs and chickens. I started out doing CrossFit in 2018 and fell in love with the barbell and in becoming the strongest version of myself both physically and mentally. Once I discovered Powerlifting and competed at my first meet at the end of 2021, I knew I found my calling. I have had the opportunity to represent Team Canada internationally multiple times, including at IPF Open Classic Worlds in 2022 and brought home the overall gold medal at the 2024 North American Powerlifting Championships. Whether seeing 3 white lights on the platform is your goal, improve your movement patterns, or just being able to build sustainable habits through nutrition and mindset coaching, I’m here to help you achieve that!
